the cleaning ladies were very friendly. the staff responded quickly when i requested assistance with the hair dryer. the room was clean.

the volleyball court lacked a volleyball. there were cockroaches. the food at the restaurant did not taste great.

the staff responded quickly when i requested assistance with the wine chiller and hair dryer.

I found the room insulation deeply disappointing. the sound insulation was practically non-existent, and i seemed like the people next door were right in my room. this made it impossible to get any sleep. I left more exhausted than when i arrived.

i found the villa beautiful, clean, and well kept. the rooms are spacious and have a functional home away from home setup. i thought the rare game completed the experience. the staff were friendly and helpful

i noticed the restaurant waiters seemed under pressure. service took a while and the menu wasn't fantastic. i hope they can address this soon
